By accessing and using CyRook, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CyRook provides automated security scanning and monitoring services for web applications and APIs. Our service includes security posture assessment, regression detection, and automated fix generation.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Security

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • • Use the service to scan assets you do not own or have permission to scan
  • • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CyRook and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

CyRook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
