AI Credits are used to generate automated security fixes. Each time you request an AI-powered fix for a vulnerability, it costs 1 credit. Credits refresh monthly based on your plan, and you can purchase additional credit packs anytime.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Unused credits from upgrades are preserved.
Do credits expire?
Monthly allocated credits expire at the end of your billing cycle. However, purchased credit packs never expire and can be used anytime. Business and Enterprise plans have unlimited credits.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you run out of AI credits, you can still scan for vulnerabilities and view reports. To generate AI-powered fixes, you'll need to purchase a credit pack or upgrade to a higher plan. Your scans and data are never affected.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you're not satisfied, contact our support team for a full refund. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable.
