Security Baselines

Manage security posture baselines for your assets. Baselines are used to detect regressions in security posture.

What is a Baseline?

A baseline is a snapshot of your asset's security posture at a specific point in time. When you run scans, CyRook compares the current security posture against the baseline to detect regressions - security issues that have gotten worse since the baseline was created.

How Regression Detection Works

1. Create Baseline

Create a baseline snapshot of your asset's security posture when it's in a good state.

2. Run Scans

Run security scans on your asset. CyRook automatically compares the current posture against the baseline.

3. Detect Regressions

Any security issues that have gotten worse since the baseline are marked as regressions in your findings.
